REFUND POLICY

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
  • Wolf Hill does not offer a warranty on annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, roses, grasses, tropical plants, houseplants and similar plants. These plants are sold as is, and are non-refundable if they do not survive in purchaser's care. 
  • We do not offer refunds/exchanges or store credits for any dead plants that do not have a warranty.
  • Plant exchanges are determined case by case. Subject to approval by a store manager and must be within 15 days of purchase. Plant(s) must be in the same condition as they were when they left our property and be pest/disease free. Must be accompanied by an original receipt and remain in the original pot. Plants removed from the pot will not be accepted to be returned or exchanged. 
  • Trees & shrubs are guaranteed from failure for 1 year from the purchased date, provided they are cared for properly. It is the purchaser's responsibility to follow our planting & watering instructions - which can be found on our website at www.wolfhillgardencenter.com and clicking on the 1-year warranty link. You may also request a paper copy at the time of checkout, or a digital version to be emailed to you by emailing a request to contact@wolfhillgardencenter.com. This is not a satisfaction guarantee; if the plant is alive it does not qualify for a warranty claim. 
  • Returns for original purchases paid by cash in excess of $20 will be refunded by check only. 
  • Returns for original purchases paid by check must clear prior to refund being issued. This may take up to 14 days. 
  • Returns for original purchases paid by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card used to make original purchase - credit card must be provided for refund at time of return, otherwise a store credit will be issued. 
  • Returns for original purchases paid by debit card will be issued cash back (if less than $20) or a refund check. Refunds cannot be refunded back to the debit card. 
  • Returns for original purchases paid by a Wolf Hill gift card will be issued a new Wolf Hill gift card. 
  • Landscape material returns are subject to a minimum $50 pick-up fee.
  • All bulk, stone, pavers and cobblestone returns must be approved by the Landscape Materials Manager and are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Returned merchandise must be accompanied by original receipt within 15 days of purchase date. Not all merchandise is returnable. Accepted returnable merchandise must be in original condition with the original packaging intact. 
  • No returns on special orders or final sale merchandise. 
  • Seasonal/holiday items are returnable for 15 days after the date of purchase. Store credits will not be issued for seasonal/holiday items after 15 days of purchase.
