Discounts and Custom Arrangements
We're happy to offer a 10% discount for seniors (65 or older) on Tuesdays and a 10% discount for military personnel and veterans any day with a valid ID. Plant Care and Selection Assistance
Our knowledgeable nursery staff is always eager to help you choose the right plants for your specific needs. Factors like sun exposure, soil type, and location all come into play when selecting plants, and our team is here to guide you through the process. If you're struggling with plant issues, like non-blooming hydrangeas, we recommend reading this helpful article or reaching out to our staff for assistance.
Also, please feel free to use our Plant Guide to help you choose the best plant for your home and garden.
Miscellaneous Questions
In addition to the questions mentioned above, customers often ask about soil tests, hardiness zones, last frost dates, and watering schedules. We do offer soil tests, and you can discuss your options with our Garden Center employees. Ipswich and Gloucester are in Hardiness Zone 6B, and our average last frost is between May 11 - May 20. Watering schedules depend on the type of plant, so feel free to ask our staff for specific recommendations.
